that word coming from a girl, to another girl, is NEVER a nice thing. its either implying “im talking down to you like your a little kid and youre so cute and clueless and im better than you” OR it means shes fake as fuck, and calls people she doesnt even know, babe.
i have very strong feelings about this obviously.
